DaaniaMedics has also concluded contracts with most health insurers in 2021, which means that the treatments will be reimbursed by the insurance if you are insured with one of the following health insurance companies:

ONVZ with its labels: VvAA, PNO and Jaaah.
ASR with its labels: DitZo and De Amersfoortse.

If your health insurance company is not listed, please contact us. Your health insurance company may be a subsidiary of one of the listed companies. Even if this is not the case, the treatments may be eligible for reimbursement, we can provide you with further information and contact your insurance company.
Attention!! DaaniaMedics does not have a healthcare agreement with CZ (and its labels: Just, Nationale Nederlanden and OHRA) in 2021. This means that if you are insured with CZ (or its labels), you have to pay the costs yourself. Since DaaniaMedics meets all legal requirements and has an approved quality status, the treatments can be reimbursed afterwards, but you will have to pay for the consultations in advance by yourself.
Non-insured issues:
For non-insured care, we apply maximum rates per product as determined by the Dutch Healthcare Authority, the NZA. For other uninsured activities, e.g. expertise or reporting, we also charge rates as determined by the NZA. You can read more information about this on the homepage of this website.
Own risk:
Health insurers have established a compulsory deductible. You can check with your health insurer how high your deductible is. If you have been to a hospital or have had any specialized healthcare prior to your registration at DaaniaMedics, you will usually have already used the deductible and you will therefore not have to pay a deductible again for diagnostics and treatment at DaaniaMedics.
No-show: (No show, appointment not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance or more than 15 minutes late)
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can always change your appointment free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. As a service to you, we also accept if you leave a voicemail (in time) to change an appointment, or you send an email to the practice. Voicemail messages also arrive at us as email, in which the date and time of the recording are stated. This means that not only we, but you as well, can always verify whether an appointment was changed in time or not. If you do not comply with this, or if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we are forced to settle the no-show rate with you. At the moment this is 50 euros per time.

Appointments app: (AfsprakenApp)
As an extra service, the practice has an app for your appointments. If you are registered, you will receive an explanation (by means of a folder) and access codes so that you always have your appointments at hand and can always view them very simply. In addition, you will automatically receive reminder messages two days before your appointments, free of charge. The contact details (phone.nr and email address) of the practice are also listed in the AfsprakenApp, so that you can contact the practice easily and at any time. Please note, if you call and cannot reach anyone, you can always leave a voicemail. So, you’ll never have to wait until office hours if you want to verify or change an appointment.
If you call outside office hours and you want a call back, we aim to call you back within 24 hours or a maximum of two days.
